WHO WE ARE: NW EEO/Affirmative Action Association (NW EEO/AAA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing education and informational resources to individuals, groups, or institutions in their efforts to carry out their goals in regard to equal employment opportunity, diversity and affirmative action.


WHAT WE DO: The NW EEO/AAA Board of Directors are responsible for identifying, coordinating, and hosting several educational seminars throughout the year. Additionally, the board identifies and expands on the benefits provided to the membership and manages an annual scholarship program for high school graduates.

Policy and direction is determined by the association's members and is implemented by the board of directors who are elected annually by the membership and volunteer their time and efforts in pursuit of the association's goals.


MEMBERSHIP is open to all interested persons and organizations.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

  • Individual membership costs $35.00, and entitles the member to attend all programs at special member rates and a vote at the annual meeting.
  • Organizational membership costs $125.00, and entitles the organization to send up to ten persons to each seminar or workshop at the member rate. The organizational membership entitles the organization to a single vote at the annual meeting.
